Tammy Wilderman

Tammy Wilderman is a multifaceted professional with diverse experience in business ownership and customer service. Currently serving as the Business Owner of Starlight Journeys since February 2023, Tammy previously gained valuable experience as a Test Scorer for Pearson starting in March 2022, where evaluation of student responses for standardized testing is a primary responsibility. From March 2016 to August 2022, Tammy was an Independent Owner at Enki Crafts, specializing in designing and creating licensed character costumes and props before the retail operation was closed due to the pandemic. Earlier in the career trajectory, Tammy worked as a Customer Service Coordinator at Verizon Wireless World from April 2009 to May 2013, where skills in negotiation and issue resolution significantly contributed to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
