Juan Pablo Castillo is the current Gerente de Gestion de Talento at Pandero. Juan has over ten years of experience in human resources, including management positions at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros and Banco Financiero del Perú.

At Rimac, Juan Pablo was responsible for leading the administrative processes of remuneration, compensation, labor relations, and improvement projects. Juan was also responsible for automating and improving processes, with the goal of making interactions with employees simple and easy. Juan Pablo successfully reduced errors in payroll to zero and achieved a 90% satisfaction rate from internal customers.

At Banco Financiero del Perú, Juan Pablo was in charge of training and development. Juan oversaw all aspects of employee training, including identifying training needs and designing programs to address those needs. Juan Pablo also developed relationships with external training providers and negotiated contracts on behalf of the bank.
