Boyd Bond

Boyd Bond is an accomplished Multi-Site Leader currently with Pandion since September 2023. With extensive experience in operational management, Boyd has served in various leadership roles, including Operations Manager II at AmerisourceBergen and Director of Distribution at Bass Pro Shops. Prior positions include Director of Warehouse Operations at Belnick, Inc., Sr. Director of Distribution at Chico's FAS, Inc., and Director of Operations at Macy's, overseeing significant teams and complex facilities. Boyd's career began with foundational roles at Dollar General and a leadership position as Howitzer Section Chief in the US Army, where recognition was received for exemplary service. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Lindsey Wilson College.
