Ankur Pandya

Ankur Pandya currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pandit Deendayal Energy University since April 2015, overseeing the recruitment of global faculty and senior management positions, while implementing performance evaluation systems and career progression processes in accordance with MHRD and UGC guidelines. Prior to this role, Ankur held the position of Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at ICICI Bank Ltd., where responsibilities included serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer for the university. Ankur's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Maya Global Private Limited, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, operations, and negotiations, as well as Chief Manager for SME at ICICI Bank, managing a large team focused on client interactions and financial product promotion. Ankur also led the customer satisfaction department for home loans at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Ankur holds an M.M.S in Finance from the University of Mumbai and completed SSC in Management and accounts.
