Ekta Ghanshyam

Ekta Ghanshyam has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Ekta currently serves as the Global TA Head at Pando since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Viasat Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2018 to 2022, where they led talent acquisition for India operations and built strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ekta has also held positions such as Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition at Sulekha.com from 2016 to 2018, Manager - HR / Talent Acquisition at SwaaS Systems from 2014 to 2015, and Associate Manager - HR / Talent Acquisition at GAVS in 2013. Ekta has also gained experience in the staffing industry, working as Sr. Business Manager - ICT at Randstad India from 2010 to 2013 and in recruiting at Inscope Solutions from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, Ekta worked as an HR Specialist at Xprudent Corp. from 2005 to 2007 and as an Asst. Manager - HR at Ma Foi Management Consultants from 1999 to 2003. Ekta began their career as a Banquet Sales Executive at Taj Connemara in 1999.

Ekta Ghanshyam holds a Masters in Human Resource Management, which they obtained from Loyola College & Pondicherry University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management at Alagappa University from 1997 to 1999. Ekta also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Catering & Hotel Management from Vailankanni Malathy Panicker College, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. It is unclear when they started and ended their education at Shrine Vailankanni. In terms of additional certifications, Ekta Ghanshyam obtained a Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification from Textio in January 2022, and a Level 1 certificate from Alliance Francaise - French Alliance in June 2003.
