Arjan Andreas is an experienced professional in global merchandising with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Merchandising at Pandora since February 2020, Arjan Andreas has built and led the global merchandising function across various markets including North America, LATAM, Asia-Pacific, and EMEA. Previously, at Coach, Arjan Andreas held multiple positions including Senior Director of Global Merchandising, where leadership extended over Men’s Outlet categories and the development of new product strategies. Arjan Andreas began a career at Levi Strauss & Co., leading cross-functional product development across Asia Pacific and Europe, and has consistently demonstrated a capacity for managing large-scale organizational changes and driving product commercialization. Arjan Andreas holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Maastricht University.
