Bikash Behera

Bikash Behera is an experienced Agile Delivery Lead and Scrum Master with a strong background in data analytics and software engineering. Currently at Pandora since December 2021, Bikash oversees two Data Analytics teams focused on Supply Chain, Merchandise, and E-commerce programs, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to uphold data-driven decision-making. Previously, Bikash held roles at TDC NET as a Lead Scrum Master/Agile Coach, supporting advanced analytics initiatives, and at Airbus, where contributions included Release Train Engineer and Agile Coaching, enhancing Agile practices across various projects. Earlier experience includes process consultancy and quality assurance roles at Tech Mahindra. Bikash holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Gandhi Institute For Technology and has a foundational education from the College of Basic Science and Humanities.
