Kelby Smith

Kelby Smith is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in global communications and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Ralph Lauren, Kelby has previously held key roles at Gap Inc., including Manager of Global Communications and internal engagement positions at Old Navy. Prior experience includes being an Associate at Revel Consulting and various program management roles at Microsoft, focusing on global digital marketing for Xbox Live Games and other marketing initiatives. Additionally, Kelby began a career in event marketing as an intern at MiiR Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Seattle Pacific University's School of Business, Government, and Economics.
