Erin Shea Steinberger

Erin Shea Steinberger is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across renowned companies. Currently serving as VP of Finance for North America at Pandora since May 2016, Erin has held several key positions, including Director of Global Commercial Strategy and Director of Retail Excellence. Prior experience includes a tenure at Tiffany & Company as Director of Strategy & Improvement Projects and roles at The Boston Consulting Group, where Erin advanced from Summer Consultant to Project Leader. Previous positions also include significant finance leadership roles at Ralph Lauren and participation in the Financial Leadership Development Program at Johnson & Johnson. Erin holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
