Katarzyna Szmigielska is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial management and process optimization. Currently serving as the GBS Transformation Director at Pandora, Katarzyna leads initiatives to enhance finance delivery models in Latin America. With previous roles including Accounts Payable Manager and Transition Manager at Pandora, significant accomplishments involve transforming departments, managing large-scale finance transitions globally, and establishing Process Excellence functions. As the owner of HVILE, a real estate investment company, Katarzyna focuses on affordable housing for young professionals. Prior experience includes financial control and analysis roles at Philips and Media Regionalne, complemented by a strong educational foundation with an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA and a Master’s in Management from Poznan University of Economics And Business.
