Richard Dance

Richard Dance is an experienced professional in store development and construction management, currently serving as the Head of Store Development for UK and Ireland at Pandora since March 2024. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Senior Construction Project Manager at WHSmith from November 2019 to March 2024, and served as Retail Change Project Manager at Waitrose from April 2018 to November 2019, where responsibilities included stakeholder management and alignment of projects with divisional strategies.
