Currently serving as the General Manager and Coach at Hilton Brussels Grand Place since December 2019, Ellen has previously held leadership positions such as General Manager at Martin's Hotels and General Manager of Development at Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, where responsibilities included overseeing the 5-star Center Parcs Resort Vossemeren in Belgium.
