Mattias Bernunger

Mattias Bernunger has extensive work experience in the field of asset management, property development, and project management. Mattias currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Asset Management at Pandox since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President Asset Management & Development at Pandox starting from October 2018. Before joining Pandox, Mattias worked at Citycon as the Property development director from October 2017 to October 2018, and as the Head of property development from September 2013 to October 2017. Mattias also worked at Areim as the Development manager from August 2008 to August 2013. Earlier in their career, Mattias worked at Ramboll as a Senior Manager Project Management from March 2005 to June 2008, and at NCC as a Site and project manager from September 1999 to March 2005.

Mattias Bernunger has a diverse education history, with a strong focus on construction, production, and leadership. Mattias obtained a technical degree from Hjalmar Lundbohmsskolan after completing a four-year education program in construction and production in 1992. Mattias went on to attend Luleå University of Technology, where they earned a Master of Engineering degree specializing in production in 1995. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science degree in civil engineering with a concentration in construction and production international purchasing from the same university, completing it in 1999. In 2002 and 2003, they attended Uppsala University for a corporate finance program in NCC AB. Mattias also participated in a leadership program at Hanken & SSE Executive Education in 2014, focusing on city planning.
