Tobias Ekman

Tobias Ekman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Tobias is currently working at Pandox as the Head of Property Management Nordics. Prior to that, they held the position of Director - Sweden at Nordic Hotel Consulting from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining Nordic Hotel Consulting, Tobias Ekman was the Owner of Original Consulting from 2020 to 2022. Tobias successfully owned and managed Waxholms Hotell AB, a popular hotel in Stockholm's archipelago, from 2015 to 2020.

During their career, Tobias Ekman also worked at Nordic Hotels & Resorts, where they served as the Koncerndirektör/Senior Vice President from 2010 to 2014 and as General Manager from 2009 to 2010. Tobias was responsible for several independent hotel establishments within the Nordic Choice Hospitality Group.

Tobias Ekman's earlier roles include being the General Manager of Clarion Hotel Sign from 2006 to 2009 and the Director of Sales at Clarion Hotel Stockholm from 2004 to 2006. Tobias also gained valuable experience at Grand Hôtel Stockholm and Berns Stockholm, where they held various positions, including Director of Sales and Front Office, Concierge & Sales Manager.

Throughout their career, Tobias Ekman has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in hotel management and sales.

Tobias Ekman attended the Hosta Hotel School in Switzerland from 1992 to 1993, where they studied Hotel Management. Following this, they pursued a Hotel Management degree at the Hotel Institute Montreux from 1994 to 1995, specializing in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.
