Kim Krygowski

Kim Krygowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and instructional design. Currently serving as Senior Manager, People Experience at Panduit since July 2005, Kim leads initiatives in communications, talent management, and talent acquisition to enhance the experiences of team members. Previous roles at Panduit include Manager of Corporate Communications & Change Management and Human Resources Business Partner, where Kim was instrumental in driving leadership development and training programs. Earlier career highlights include working as an Instructional Design Specialist at Applied Systems, Inc., and Systems Operator at Pre-Press Graphics/R & B Group. Kim holds a Master's degree in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Graphic Design from Eastern Illinois University.
