Nicoló Giraudo

Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, where responsibilities include developing hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and other educational devices within a cross-functional team. Previously, Chris served as a Firmware Engineer at SMART Technologies, focusing on firmware and diagnostic tools for the same product line. Prior experience includes working as an Electronics Contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, designing and repairing educational devices, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, supporting electronic circuits courses. Earlier experience as an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom involved the development of control systems for forestry harvester units. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
