Anne-Catherine Koch

Anne-Catherine KOCH has experience in various roles related to food development and research. Currently working at PANELUX S.A., Anne-Catherine is responsible for product development and commercial support. Their previous roles include being an apprentice project manager at POULAILLON, a research assistant at Agrano AG, a laboratory intern at Calbinotox, and a production intern at a brewery. Anne-Catherine holds a Master's degree in Food Conservation and Packaging from ENSAIA, a Master's degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences, as well as a Franco-German curriculum in Agri-food.
