Gail Frye

Gail Frye is a retired executive with extensive experience in human resources and employee benefits management. Previously, Gail served as Vice President of Total Rewards and Shared Services and held the position of Sr. Director of Compensation and Benefits at Panera Bread. At Darden Restaurants, Inc., Gail progressed from Director of Benefits Administration to Director of Benefits Strategy and Design. Additionally, Gail held the role of Vice President of People Services at Shoney's/Captain D's and was the Director of Employee Services at Rogers Group Inc.
