Lance Stanley has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations Standards & Guest Response at Panera Bread since August 2016. Previously, Lance held various leadership roles at Applebee's from August 2009 to August 2016, including Regional Manager, where responsibilities included managing multiple locations, achieving sales goals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. Lance started in the industry with Red Robin Gourmet Burgers as a Training Operations Manager from August 2008 to August 2009. Lance holds dual degrees in Chemistry and Biology from High Point University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
