Matthew McGann is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital and marketing technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital & Marketing Technology at Panera Bread since January 2014, Matthew has held various roles, including Senior Director of Mobile, Kiosk, and Conversational Commerce, where efforts focused on enhancing brand engagement and discovering alternative interaction methods. With a background in software engineering, Matthew has delivered innovative applications such as the "Panera in your pocket" mobile app and line-busting kiosk solutions to improve customer experiences. Prior to Panera Bread, Matthew worked as a Web Developer at Bridgewater State University, managing website updates and functionalities. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bridgewater State University.
