Meenakshi Nagarajan

Meenakshi Nagarajan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing, digital strategy, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at Panera Bread, Meenakshi also holds the position of Senior Vice President for Recurring Revenue and Loyalty. As a Chief Member, Meenakshi is actively involved in promoting women's leadership. Prior roles include serving on the Board of Directors for Lou Malnati's Holdings and as Vice President and Head of Marketing at sweetgreen. Meenakshi has a robust background in marketing at Domino's, PepsiCo, and General Mills, alongside earlier roles at ZS Associates and Infosys Technologies. Meenakshi holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from The Wharton School, an M.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago, and an M.Sc. in Finance from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
