Scott Warrington

Scott Warrington is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Since September 2013, Scott has held the position of Director of Engineering at Panera Bread, where responsibilities include overseeing engineering initiatives. Prior to this role, Scott worked at YUM Brands from August 2002 to September 2013 as Manager of Engineering, focusing on international KFC technical projects related to product, equipment, and process development, as well as training technical staff from various international markets. Scott holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville (2005-2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Miami University (2000-2004).
