Nel Ratnayake

Nel Ratnayake has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Nel is currently the Head of Garment Technology at PANGAIA since October 2021. Before that, Nel worked at Victoria Beckham for 8 years, starting as a Garment Technologist in June 2013 and later becoming the Garment Tech Manager for Ready-to-Wear (RTW) in January 2016. Prior to Victoria Beckham, Nel was a Menswear Tailoring Technologist at Burberry from January 2011 to June 2013. Their career in fashion started at Prada, where they worked as a Pattern Cutter for RTW Womenswear from October 2004 to January 2011.

Nel Ratnayake's education history consists of several institutions and areas of study. From an unspecified year until 2010, they attended the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, focusing on Costume Design.
