Randy Johnson

Randy Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Randy is currently serving as the President and CEO of Pangea Made, a company specializing in automotive leather interiors. Prior to this, they worked as an Operating Leader, Strategy Advisor, and Board Member at The Reserve Group. Randy also served as the President and CEO of Romeo RIM and Vice President of Global Operations at Eagle Ottawa, where they played a key role in building the company's operating system and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices. Randy has also held managerial positions at Stout Risius Ross and The Reserve Group. Randy began their career at Chrysler as a Project Engineer and Program Manager. Throughout their various roles, Randy gained experience in operations, strategy, lean manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Randy Johnson holds an MBA in International Business from Wayne State University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines. Randy has also obtained a Lean Certificate from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
