Roberto Carrillo

Roberto Carrillo is an experienced professional in quality and operations management with a strong background in customer care within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Focused Manager and Quality Manager at Pangea Made since March 2022, Roberto previously held positions including Gerente de Operaciones at CUEROMEX WET BLUE and Director at an undisclosed company. Notably, during a tenure at GST AutoLeather, Inc., from 2012 to 2018, Roberto specialized in operational quality across multiple manufacturing locations in Mexico while supporting major OEMs such as Toyota, Honda, and Mercedes Benz. Roberto has also fulfilled key roles in supplier quality management at ZF Sachs Automotive and quality management at Lear Corporation. Roberto holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Saltillo, obtained in 1998.
