Jorge Passarinho

Jorge Passarinho is an experienced program and project manager with a robust background in biometric systems, network modernization, and civil service solutions. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Pangea since February 2023, Jorge Passarinho has held various leadership roles, including General Manager at JP&S and Lead Project Manager at GenKey, where responsibilities encompassed biometric electoral database readiness for the 2023 elections. Previous positions include Project Manager for the Electoral Commission of Ghana, and significant roles at SFR and Orange France for network swap projects. Additionally, Jorge Passarinho led the startup of STS in Mozambique, demonstrating a strong capacity for managing complex projects across multiple regions in Africa. Educationally, Jorge Passarinho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa.
