Luis Saturnino has worked in various positions since 2005. Luis began their career as a Project Manager and R&D Engineer for IDESA (Ingeniería y Diseño Europeo, S.A.). In 2008, they moved to Valvulas Fevisa USA inc as Director of Business Line, where they were responsible for product engineering, manufacturing supervision, and preparation of quotations for international markets. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Gonvarri Industries as R&D Director, where they were responsible for defining and implementing an innovation culture, creating and implementing an R&D strategy, and designing structures and processes to deliver innovative products and services. In 2021, they were an Innovation Management Specialist, and they currently work as a Project Manager for Pangea Aerospace since 2022.

Luis Saturnino has an extensive education history. Luis obtained their Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad de Oviedo in 2005, followed by a Master en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales - Seguridad from Formastur in 2006-2007. In 2013-2014, they completed their MBA Executive from Escuela Europea de Negocios. In 2020, they earned an Innovation and Entrepreneur Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Innovation Management. Luis also completed a Programming Methodology based on Python course from Stanford University in 2021. In 2021-2022, Luis Saturnino is pursuing a Master IoT from UPC School (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) and a Space Studies Program from International Space University. In 2020, they earned an Innovation Manager certificate from Asociación Española para la Calidad. Luis also obtained a Neuro-linguistic programming practitioner level certificate from the Institute of Coaching and NLP in 2012-2013.

In addition to their formal education, Luis Saturnino has obtained various certifications. In 2009, they earned an International Welding Engineer certificate from the International Institute of Welding. In 2021, they obtained a New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certificate from PDMA - Product Development and Management Association. In 2022, they earned Managing Successful Programmes, PRINCE2 Agile® (Project Management), and AgileSHIFT® Certificate certificates from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
