Garrett Klugh has worked in a variety of roles in the business and sports industries since 2012. Garrett began their career as the Principal & Founder of Fortius Consulting LLC, where they provided end-to-end solutions and project management for early-stage start-ups. In 2011, they took on the role of Program Manager/Consultant at the United States Association of Blind Athletes, where they created and executed two adaptive rowing camps. In 2012, they became Managing Director and a Member of the STAR Angel Network. In 2018, they joined Falk Ventures as their COO, and in 2019 they became a Senior Advisor at The Players' Impact, a network of athletes, artists, and collaborators. Garrett also became an Advisor at Spectar and Co-Founder of Huddle Sports Partners. Additionally, in 2020 they became a Managing Partner at Pangea Cup and Advisor at GOAL Acquisitions Corp.

Garrett Klugh received their Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 1997. Garrett then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The George Washington University - School of Business in 2013. Garrett's field of study was Business Administration and Management, General.
