Carlos Arnero

Carlos Arnero has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Carlos is currently the Co-Founder & COO at Pangea since April 2022. Before that, Carlos worked at Datron World Communications, where they held various positions including Chief Executive Officer from November 2020 to February 2022, Chief Operating Officer from May 2019 to November 2020, and VP of Operations from May 2018 to May 2019.

Carlos also worked as the Director of Production at Silvus Technologies, Inc. from September 2017 to April 2018. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at NSM Surveillance from 2002 to 2015. Carlos served as the President and CEO from 2013 to 2015, COO from 2009 to 2013, Director of Operations / Facility Security Officer from 2007 to 2009, and Director of Information Technology and Director of Business Operations and IT from 2005 to 2007. Carlos was also the General Manager - Systems Division at NSM Surveillance from 2004 to 2005.

Lastly, Carlos worked at NS Microwave as an IT Manager from 2002 to 2004.
