Yang Liu

Yang Liu is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and web technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Pangea Properties since November 2014, Yang specializes in designing and maintaining ETL pipelines using Python, with a focus on integrating diverse data sources into data warehouses. Prior to this role, Yang worked at Victoria University of Wellington for five years, initially as a Front End Web Developer, creating interactive user experiences, and later as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, engaging in computational analysis and educational support. Yang's career began at Inspire.net as a Full-Stack Web Developer, where over four years, more than 20 web applications were developed while establishing quality assurance practices. Yang holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Technology.
