Samantha Mathis

Samantha Mathis, MPH, is an accomplished Associate Epidemiologist with current experience at the Panhandle Health District since September 2022, focusing on disease investigations, patient care coordination, and reportable disease surveillance. Prior roles include serving as Biospecimen Manager at GAPPS, where Samantha connected researchers to longitudinal pregnancy biospecimens, and as a Student Trainee at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, assisting with stakeholder engagement. Samantha's early career features public health internship work, patient support at Seattle Children's, and research assistance at the University of Washington.
