Tony Rodrigues has over 20 years of professional work experience. In 2021, they began working for Pani Energy as the Head of Customer Success and Head of Product. Prior to that, they were a Marine/Residential Enhancement Consultant for UltraSupreme MegaCorp Inc., Ltd. from 2020. From 2011 to 2019, they were the Director of North American Customer Support Operations for Dollar Financial Group, Director of Customer Service for ParetoLogic Inc. from 2009 to 2011, Director of Customer Support Operation for Conn's Home Plus in 2019, and Operations Transformation Leader for TC Helicon in 2018. From 2007 to 2009, they were the VP Marketing for The Stanton Group, and from 2004 to 2007, they were the Director of Business Development for LOUD Technologies Inc. Tony's first professional role was as a Consultant for Timeline Vista from 2000 to 2004.

Tony Rodrigues began their educational career at Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1978 to 1982. Tony then attended San Jose State University from 1982 to 1985, studying Music/Engineering. Finally, they attended Ohlone College from 1983 to 1986, where they earned an AS in Electronics Technology.
