Martyna Stelmach has extensive experience in quality engineering, having worked at PanLink since September 2013 in various roles including Inżynier jakości, Młodszy inżynier jakości, and Technik ds. jakości, focusing on customer requirements and managing the complaint process. Additionally, Martyna served as Inspektor jakości, overseeing production processes to ensure compliance and reporting discrepancies, along with earlier production roles at Gemalto, Flex, and LRZ Commerce. Martyna holds a degree in Engineering (Inż.) in Production Management and Engineering from Gdańska Wyższa Szkoła Administracji, earned between 2011 and 2015.
