Amber Wood is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance at Panmure Liberum since May 2023. Additionally, Amber holds the position of Deputy Chair for the Secondary Markets Expert Group at The Quoted Companies Alliance since November 2021. Previously, Amber has held significant compliance roles at Cenkos Securities plc, Shore Capital, and Puma Investments UK, along with earlier positions at Singer Capital Markets Limited, Straumur Investment Bank, and Teathers. Amber's educational background includes a BSc in Psychology from the Open University, completed between 2003 and 2007.
