Susan Sher

Susan Sher serves as the Head of Legal at Pano AI, a climate tech startup focused on wildfire early detection, and is also a member of TechGC, a peer community for general counsels. Prior experience includes roles at Meta as Director and Associate General Counsel in both Product Legal and Commercial Legal, where Susan led teams providing guidance on product and privacy issues, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements. At the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Susan developed the commercial legal function, and previous positions at Facebook and Cooley LLP involved overseeing commercial agreements and technology transactions for various clients. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Caltech and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
