Chelsea Mervis

Chelsea Mervis has extensive work experience in the field of renewal operations. Chelsea is currently the Director of Renewal Operations at Panopto, where they have been working since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Renewal Operations Manager and Renewal Operations Lead at the same company. Chelsea started their career at Panopto as a Renewal Operations Specialist in November 2017 and was promoted to Renewal Operations Specialist II in August 2019.

Before joining Panopto, Chelsea worked at Intermedix as a Marketing Operations Specialist and Office Assistant from July 2015 to February 2017. Their responsibilities included processing client and patient communications, managing sales and marketing campaign leads, and generating reports.

Chelsea also has experience as a Server at Shady Grove from March 2010 to February 2017. Chelsea worked as an Intern at Palaver Records from August 2013 to November 2013, and as a Campaign Intern for the PA Auditor General Campaign from May 2012 to September 2012. In their campaign intern role, they attended meetings, press conferences, and conducted phone canvassing. Chelsea also utilized electronic voter databases for voter identification and survey information storage.

Chelsea Mervis obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, where they attended from 2009 to 2013.
