Ian Paice

Ian Paice started their work experience in 2011 as a Sailing Instructor for the Long Beach Yacht Club. Ian planned activities, coached youth racers, and created a slide show for the end of the year banquet. In 2012, they interned as a Wealth Management Intern at Merrill Lynch. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Bank Loan Specialist at State Street Bank. In 2015, they joined K1 Operations as a Consultant and gradually advanced to Senior Operations Manager, Sr. Director, Business Acceleration, and finally Chief of Staff at Panopto in 2022. At K1 Operations, they provided strategic and tactical M&A support to portfolio companies and managed a growing team.

Ian Paice attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Finance.
