Josha Chande

Director Of Support at Panopto

Josha Chande has a strong background in customer support and technical roles. Josha started their career as a Technical Support Intern at Panopto in April 2014 and then transitioned to a Tier 1 Support Engineer position in July 2014. In November 2015, Josha moved up to a Tier 3 Support Engineer role and stayed in that position until April 2018. Josha then took on the role of Tier 4 Application Engineer for a year before being promoted to Support Manager in June 2019. Josha worked as a Support Manager until February 2022 when they became the Director of Support. Prior to their time at Panopto, Josha worked as an Administration Manager at Richer Sounds from July 2011 to March 2014.

Joshua Chande pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from The University of Manchester between 2008 and 2011. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the University of Greenwich in 2013 and completed a Master of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management in 2014.
