Vitalii Romanchenko

Vitalii Romanchenko is an accomplished professional in the technology and AI sectors, currently serving as the Head of AI Product Strategy at Panopto since October 2024. Prior to this role, Vitalii was the CEO and Co-Founder of Elai.io, an AI video generation platform for corporate learning, which was acquired by Panopto in October 2024. Vitalii's experience also includes mentoring startups at Startup Wise Guys, serving as a Senior Product Owner at Ciklum, and co-founding Progresify as Chief Product Officer. Previous positions include Software Project Manager at Valtech, Software Development Manager at Timecode, and Product Manager at Devellar, among others. Vitalii co-founded Leadways web development and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. Currently enrolled in the Creative Destruction Lab program, Vitalii continues to enhance expertise in fostering innovation and technology development.
