Sagi Rothman

Sagi Rothman is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategy. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Panorays since January 2025, Sagi previously held the CFO and VP Corporate Development & Strategy roles at Verbit.ai from January 2020 to January 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Development at Amdocs from January 2015 to January 2020, overseeing M&A deals and corporate strategy. Sagi's career also includes positions at Intel Corporation as Corporate Development Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, focusing on financial processes and investment models within the Wireless Connectivity Solutions Group. Initially, Sagi began in a System Designer role at Puzzle Projects. Sagi holds an MBA in Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship and a BSc in Statistics, Operations Research, and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
