Antti Kauppila

Antti Kauppila is currently the CFO at Panostaja. Prior to this, they were the Head of FP&A at Enento Group from August 2017 to November 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Manager at Transaction Advisory Services at EY from February 2014 to August 2017. Kauppila started their finance career at PerkinElmer, Inc. in January 2008 as a Finance Manager and was promoted to Diagnostics Europe Finance Manager in January 2014. In this role, they were responsible for all FP&A functions in the European organisation, including financial planning and forecasting, financial analysis, account profitability analysis and management. Antti also had P&L accountability for $90M business with ambitious growth and profitability targets. Kauppila successfully developed and implemented a profitability management process for the European business and played a pivotal role in account profitability management in day-to-day business. Antti has a proven track record in solid financial target management and forecasting and is active in value added based selling strategy by providing financial expertise in sales projects. Antti also leads the financial parts of the annual operating plan and strategic goal setting processes and is involved in business development cases. Kauppila manages a team of two analysts and is responsible for their career development and individual target setting.

Antti Kauppila has a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, and a master's degree from Copenhagen Business School.

A direct report to Antti Kauppila is and Virpi Luoma-Marttila - Group Financial Controller. They are on a team with Juha-Pekka Aatola - Group Business Controller, Niko Skyttä - Investment Director, and Minna Telanne - Development Director. Their manager is Tapio Tommila, CEO.
