Jennifer Spring

Jennifer Spring currently serves as the Director of the Office of the Founder at Pantera Capital since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various executive assistant positions, including serving as the Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder and Head of Private Equity at Tiger Global Management from April 2021 to December 2024, and as Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder of JMB Capital Partners from September 2015 to April 2021. Earlier career experiences include working as an Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO at York Capital Management and assisting partners at Leonard Green & Partners. Jennifer's experience also includes roles at Thomson Reuters and Siebel Systems as an Executive Assistant and Corporate Event Planner, respectively. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has studied at the American University of Rome.
