Brandon Parrish has worked in the IT industry since 2018. Brandon began their career at Crane Group Company, where they held the roles of Sr. Service Desk Analyst, IT Support Technician, and IT Intern. In 2022, they joined PanTerra Networks as a Customer Technical Support.

Brandon Parrish attended Ohio University-Lancaster from 2013 to 2018, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science. Brandon has also obtained five certifications from LinkedIn, including Creating Great First Impressions, Learning YouTube SEO, Customer Service Foundations, Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers, and Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work, all obtained in March and February of 2022.
