Ana Maria Zarruk Serrano

Ana Maria Zarruk Serrano is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as the Head of Latin America and Principal at Pantheon Ventures since 2012, Ana Maria has also been the Founder and Ambassador of WAI - Women in Alternative Investments since January 2017 and is a member of EMPEA's Latin America Leadership Council. Previous roles include Research Associate positions at Actis and LPEQ, a Summer Associate at Credit Suisse, and a Senior Investment Analyst at Tribeca Asset Management. Ana Maria holds an MBA from London Business School and has completed international exchange programs at HKUST Business School and Università Bocconi, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
