Shannon Osburn

Shannon Osburn serves as the Director of PDE Operations, Communication, and Strategic Initiatives at Pantheon Platform since May 2022, focusing on optimizing workflows, resolving customer escalations, and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Shannon held multiple positions at Cornell University, culminating in the role of Director of the Program Management Office from 2009 to May 2022, where leadership of a team of over 14 professionals was essential to meeting project objectives concerning scope, budget, and timeframe. Additional experience includes managing a custom development team of 27 staff, overseeing more than 100 key applications and websites, and restructuring team goals and processes to improve operational outcomes. Furthermore, Shannon contributed to the Project Management Institute-Ithaca as Elected Financial Director from 2010 to 2014.
