Ethan Minter

Ethan Minter is a finance professional with experience in both non-profit and private sectors. Currently working at PANTHERA since April 2023, Ethan contributes to wildlife conservation efforts. Previously, as Finance and Operations Lead at Minter Mortgage from August 2017 to November 2022, Ethan implemented standard operating procedures and performance metrics that enhanced team consistency, reduced errors, and improved financial predictability. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Houston, completed in December 2020.
