Kevin McAndrews

Kevin McAndrews has a diverse work experience in the dental industry. Kevin started their career as a Laboratory Manager at McAndrews-Northern Dental Laboratory in 1991. Kevin then served as the Director of Laboratory Operations at Americus Dental Laboratories from 1993 to 2000. During this time, they successfully managed a large dental laboratory and implemented production plans for the merger of multiple labs.

In 2001, Kevin became the Vice President of Yankee Dental Arts/DSG Dental Services Group. Kevin led marketing and sales efforts, managed staff, and provided technical advisory support.

From 2007 to 2013, Kevin worked as a Senior Dental Manager at Straumann, where they achieved a significant increase in revenue and won the Global SLActive award for highest sales. Kevin also served as an implant technical trainer and advisor for dental schools.

Kevin then became the owner of Smart Smiles Dental Laboratories in 2013, where they created and implemented sales and marketing plans that resulted in the acquisition of 32 new clients in the first year. Kevin also managed a team and conducted clinical presentations.

In 2015, Kevin joined MicroDental Laboratories as a Regional Sales Manager. Kevin developed and executed a sales plan, resulting in the acquisition of 82 new and reactivated clients. Kevin also implemented a client profile program to improve customer service.

Kevin worked as a consultant at Alethia Healthcare Advisors Inc. from 2016 to 2018, providing consulting services to healthcare organizations.

Currently, Kevin is serving as the Regional Sales Director at Panthera Dental since 2019, where they are responsible for sales management and growth in their region.

Kevin McAndrews attended Dutchess Community College from 1985 to 1987, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Dental Laboratory Technology. Following this, they went on to study at Adelphi University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing.
