Minerva Punsalan

Minerva Punsalan is the Operations Compliance Director for Panco Management. She oversees property management policy and procedures, Fair Housing and regulatory requirements across the portfolio. Minerva began her career in property management in 2001 and has worked for Fairfield Residential and LCOR Inc. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist. She received a Bachelor's in Psychology at the University of Maryland, University College.
