Ethen Jones

Ethen Jones has extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the role of Director. Ethen started their career in talent acquisition at Panzer Solutions LLC in 2011, where they served as a Business Relationship Manager before being promoted to Director Talent Acquisition. In this role, they were responsible for handling the whole recruitment life cycle, managing a team, and prioritizing client requirements. Ethen left Panzer Solutions LLC in 2022 to join Key Cube as a Director - Talent Acquisition/Partner. In this position, they assisted with talent acquisition strategies until mid-2023. Ethen then returned to Panzer Solutions LLC in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Director Talent Acquisition.

From 1990 to 2000, Ethen Jones attended Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School. During this time, they studied Business Administration and Management, General, but did not acquire a degree.
