Joel and Mary Heimbecker

Joel and Mary Heimbecker possess extensive experience in pastoral and children's ministry. Since September 2017, Joel has served as the Children's Pastor at Emmanuel Congregational Church, while also holding the title of Pastor and Evangelist with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada since 1980. Previous positions include Lead Pastor at Rosesisle Pentecostal Assembly and New Life Community Church, where responsibilities encompassed preaching, church operations, and community engagement. Additionally, Joel was the Executive Director of You Are Special Ministries, focusing on children's outreach through storytelling. Other roles include Director at Farmtown Canada and Chairman/Secretary for the New York State Sunday School Association, where event organization was a key responsibility. Joel's educational foundation is from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, completing studies from 1977 to 1980.
